  • Please keep in mind that our office is closed on weekend. All inquiries will be answered the following business day.

Shipping

  • - Except for pre-orders, we will ship all orders within 4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation to the e-mail provided with your order once your order has shipped.
  • - If your order comes back “return to sender”, you may choose to pay for shipping again or receive a partial refund (the cost of the products excluding shipping costs).

USPS Shipping Classes:

First Class
- Orders under 13oz. (typically 1 t-shirt orders) will be shipped first class mail. These orders take between 3-7 business days to arrive. Tracking number is included.
Priority Mail
- Order over 13oz. (multiple items purchased), your order will be sent priority mail. These packages usually arrive in about 2-3 business days. Tracking number is included.

International Shipping

  • We ship to anywhere in the world! If your country isn’t provided on the drop down please e-mail “support@levelupstudios.com” to place an order manually.

USPS Shipping Classes:

First Class International
- Orders under 4lbs. are shipped first class international. Packages typically arrive within 2-5 weeks. Tracking is included to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland.
Priority Mail International
– Orders over 4lbs. are shipped priority mail international. Packages typically arrive within 6-10 business days (this can be delayed depending on your customs office). Tracking number is included.

UPGRADING SHIPPING: If you want to place an order and want to upgrade your shipping please contact “support@levelupstudios.com” to discuss pricing.

WARNING: Level Up Studios LLC is not liable for any packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you haven’t received your package within the estimated times given please contact your local postal system to see if they can find the package. This happens to a small percentage of international customers. If your package does not have tracking and gets lost in the mail you may EITHER pay for the cost of reshipping, or get a refund minus the cost of shipping. This is only allowed once. If it happens again later, we will not offer any refunds, and you will have to place a brand new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we lose too much money to inefficient postal services. If you would like to play it safe we recommend upgrading your shipping.

Split Shipping

  • We will split ship (at no extra charge) any U.S. order if it contains a pre-order item that will not be available for more than 2 weeks.
    • Exception:
      • We cannot split ship international orders due to the high cost of shipping.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • - If you have a problem with your recent order, contact us within 30 days of your order’s shipping date (45 days for international orders).
  • - If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us and we will do whatever it takes to make it right.
  • - If you made a mistake when you ordered (wrong size, changed your mind, wrong address, etc) you are welcome to request an exchange or refund. All we ask is for any returned items to be in good condition (unwashed and unworn) and that you cover any shipping charges that come up. Please e-mail “support@levelupstudios.com” and we will let you know how to proceed. We are more than happy to provide a refund, but we can only refund the cost of the item.
  • - For exchanges, please send your exchange within 30 days if you’re in the US, or 60 days if you’re international. You will need to mail the items that you wish to exchange back to us at:

  • - You will need to include $5 (this is to cover return shipping) and a note that has your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and item you wish to exchange for.

Taxes

  • Residents of New York must pay a state tax of 8%
  • Some countries, especially those in Europe, take their citizens for incoming packages. You have to pay these fees when you get your package, so please be aware of your country’s tax policy before you order.
