We are not responsible for damages or losses that occur during shipping. This includes: merchandise broken during and on delivery; damages that occur while opening (such as cuts/tears from opening packages with sharp tools); lost mail due to wrong addresses or undeliverable; lost mail due to customs.
What payment types do you take?
We take Paypal, eCheck, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Do you charge me before or after my order has been shipped?
Before your order has been shipped. There is no way around this at this time.
When can I expect my preorder to come in?
On all preorder merchandise, there’s an estimated shipping date displayed before you order. This timeline is estimated, and may vary by a week or two.
Something is wrong! My order isn’t processing!
Sometimes blips happen, and there can be various problems with our shopping cart, Paypal, etc. If you feel like there may be a problem, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll figure out how to resolve the issue.

How much will my shipping cost?
You can obtain a shipping estimate by placing the products you wish to buy in the online shopping cart. Prices vary depending on location of the shipping, and amount of products purchased.
What are my shipping options?
The only shipping option we offer is USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First Class International. We cannot offer any other shipping options.
It’s been three days; why isn’t my package here yet?!
Whenever you see the term “Ships within 1-3 business days” it means that it will get to the post office within 1-3 business days. Actual shipping delivery times vary.
How long does it take for a package to get to my door?
For packages within the United States, shipping can take about 3-4 business days. Packages that are shipping out of country take between 10-20 business days. Please consider United States holidays when figuring out the shipping time.
I live outside of the US. Do you ship to my country?
Probably! During the check-out process in the shopping cart, there will be a drop down menu listing the countries we ship to.
Why haven’t I received my tracking number for my package?
You don’t receive a tracking number until the order has been shipped. Packages that are shipping internationally do not receive tracking numbers—sorry!
Will I need to pay customs fees?
You will need to pay all customs fees. Customs fees vary and there is no way for us to tell how much the fees will cost.
Refunds & Exchanges
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
You have 90 days to request a refund. If your purchase has not been mailed yet, we can issue a refund to your account. If your purchase has been mailed and received, we ask that you mail the merchandise back, unwashed and unworn, for a refund. Shipping will not be refunded.
The shirt I ordered was the wrong size/defective. Can I exchange it?
Yes you can! We accept exchanges of unworn (besides for fitting purposes) and unwashed shirts to:

We charge a $5 exchange fee (international rates vary depending on country and package weight) and require that the shirt is returned to us before we ship out a replacement.

Where do you get your shirts printed?
We use local screen printers in the Albany, NY area to print our awesome tees.
No one has responded to my e-mail! What gives?
Fear not! We are here to help, and if we don’t respond immediately, it means we are probably very busy trying to get orders out. We will answer everyone’s e-mails!
